REFUND RULES
Last updated: 17.02.2024Users have the right to cancel a Service within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason. This period is commonly known as the "cooling-off period". To initiate a cancellation during this period, you must contact our customer support [email protected].
Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period and nonrefundable cases:
The cooling-off period does not apply in cases where the service has been fully delivered, and the user has expressly consented to this before the cooling-off period expires.Additionally, the cooling-off period does not apply to:- after the end of the cooling-off period;
- If the user's actions can be interpreted as fraud and abuse of the right to refund. For example, making a second request for a refund after the user has already received a refund and agreed to use the service again.
- In case of multiple purchases under the same account of payment system (like PayPal) but under different emails. For example, users can register several accounts on the website under different email addresses, thus abusing the trial period.
- Users can't ask for a refund after the renewal of the full subscription for the second duration;
